On National Sorry Day 26 May 2016,  Council in partnership with the cohealth Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health Team unveiled an artwork titled ‘Reconciliation… It will take all of us’ created by Aboriginal artist Francine Ngardarb Riches in the foyer of the Braybrook Community Hub

Maribyrnong City Council reported the following good practices in their response to the 2012 Victorian Local Government Aboriginal Engagement and Reconciliation Survey and subsequent updates.
